Paula Reichard-Soler is fabulous! I'm pretty discriminating about who does my hair but I got hooked on Paula a few years ago. I live in NYC now but I am originally from the Rockville area and I schedule all my hair appointments around coming home so that I can stick with Paula. I love how she does color and has given me many great cuts. She always has good advice but keeps my preferences in mind. Bottom line, I don't trust my hair to anyone else and she's entertaining!
